Café Döbé and Doobie Nights celebrate the completion of a new event space, The Upstairs, with an open house event! The Upstairs is now available for rent as a community gathering space and event venue. Please come join the Open House fun, invite your friends, and check out The Upstairs on Saturday, August 8th, 5-9pm.
This space has hosted many events prior, but with the installation of new flooring and walls, fresh paint and updated lighting, it’s now ready to truly elevate any event, with about 2,000 square feet of space that can be closed off or opened up to overlook the Portal of Wonder installation and the café below. Tables, chairs, couches and rugs can be added, moved or removed to fit your event’s needs, and we’d love to meet with local event planners and community groups who need space to meet at the Open House!
The Upstairs will be set up as an art gallery with photos from local photographer Cheryl Alterman, whose opening precedes this event. Enjoy music, snacks and refreshments, and we’d love to hear what sort of events you are dreaming up that could fill The Upstairs space! Swing by and check out The Upstairs, mingle, network, snack and bring the community together. Summer is flying by and we want to see you all!
